Product details:
These rolls and flap wheels are produced by using flaps (layers) of non woven abrasive material glued around a central fibre core. They can be used on both automatic machines and manual / horizontal semi-automatic polishing machines.
Applications of rolls and flap wheels for wood include:
- Profile sanding machines: buffing of lacquers, patina and special effects on picture frame mouldings.
- Profile sanding machines: buffing of lacquers on mouldings, skirting boards and flooring.
- Profile sanding machines: sanding of MDF mouldings.
- Finishing panels.
- Finishing painted surfaces.
- Wide belt sanders: special sized long rolls for wide sanding.
