Convolute Abrasive Wheel type AWRR is suitable for very hard solid and veneered wood sanding.

Convolute Abrasive Wheel type AWNN is suitable for solid and veneered wood sanding but with a less aggressive action, ideal for removing raised fibres.

Product details:

1. All convolute abrasive wheels are manufactured with“Aluminum Oxide” non woven material wrapped with an open structure.
2. Convolute abrasive Wheels are designed for easy forming and profiling to minimize set up time.
3. The best sanding result, without surface burning effect, is achieved by synchronizing wheel r.p.m. with the machine feed speed, which has to be constant and proportional.

Applications:

1. Sanding of solid and veneered wood with automatic machines.
2. Finishing in automatic machines with sanding belts.
3. Sanding of veneered wood edges.
